Our cuisine follows the Tuscan tradition:we use fresh local products and we cook everything "on the spot" with the simple aim of exalting the natural taste and fragrance. As they used to do it traditionally, every morning we prepare our homemade pasta and desserts. Enjoy your meal!

Our restaurant takes its names from the place where it was founded many years ago - in the heart of Tuscan Maremma. Since then gourmets have known this name - Le Querciolaie - as a synonym for excellent fish and meat cuisine in the best Tuscan tradition. In 2005 the premises were renovated and enlarged. We now have a hotel with 20 spacious rooms, each with a bathroom, mini-bar, air-conditioning and TV-set. Guests will enjoy our courtyard swimming-pool which offers a breathtaking view of the beautiful Maremman countryside.
